For the past several years the word around here has been change. Actually, a more accurate word would be metamorphosis.
We’ve endured four years of change that included construction of a new building, two new parking lots, the complete revamping of the interior of the existing structure, the addition of a new, exciting MINI franchise, the (ongoing) upgrading of our network technology, and the successful completion of BMW’s ISO 9000 Quality Management System (QMS), for which we received certification and a trophy.
So why did we put ourselves through it? Well, after over 35 years as a successful business and a major supporter of our community, it came down to what it has always been about – commitment.
You see, we wanted to make Otto’s a better place -- for you to fulfill your dreams of owning the ultimate driving machine, for our hundred plus employees, and lastly, to serve you better throughout the entire life-cycle of ownership.
After having built a reputation as the tri-state's premiere BMW dealership, I can say that an even more promising future lay before us.
